Dynamics of Regulatory Landscapes:

Noncoding RNAs & Genome Organization in Development

We are recruiting! Join our team

Our lab aims to understand how complex regulatory landscapes orchestrate the spatiotemporal dynamics of transcription during development. We are particularly interested in how noncoding RNAs and the spatial organization of the genome regulate gene expression.

We use a combination of genome-wide approaches and single-cell live imaging, along with CRISPR-based genome engineering, to address these questions.
